1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests are considered before procurement, preparation, dispatch, or project execution begins. If work has already started, applicable costs may be deducted.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Wrong item or service scope delivered by us.
  • Material shortage verified against confirmed order documents.
  • Damage attributable to our handling or dispatch, subject to evidence.
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us after confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom or special-order items once processing starts.
  • Buyer-side changes after execution begins.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics, approvals, or force majeure.

4. Claim Window

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery or receipt with photos, videos, and order references.

5. Refund Mode and Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or a mutually agreed method, subject to banking and compliance timelines.
